Terms of Service
Establishing a transparent foundation for our partnership. How we craft, install, and protect your Japanese garden vision in the heart of Tokyo.
Commitment
We don't just build; we curate experience. Our contracts ensure every stone placement meets the Ikigai Garden Works standard.
Timelines
Nature takes its course, but our logistics are precise. We define phases clearly so you'll never wonder about progress.
Fair Billing
Transparent hardscaping costs and sustainable material sourcing fees. No hidden layers in our soil or our invoices.
The Artisan's Bond
Why is clarity so vital in landscape craftsmanship? Because your 575 Chiyoda property is an investment in peace. Our terms protect the architectural integrity of our Japanese garden designs and the safety of our irrigation installations.
"Our goal is to ensure that the moment we finish the last irrigation test, you feel entirely secure in the craftsmanship provided by Ikigai Garden Works."
1. Scope of Services
Ikigai Garden Works provides bespoke landscape design and installation services. This includes hardscaping, softscaping, and the meticulous implementation of irrigation systems. Every project begins with a consultation—think of it as discovering the ikigai of your outdoor space.
2. Payment & Retainers
A non-refundable retainer is required to secure your design timeframe. We're committed to sourcing the highest quality materials, often months in advance. Consequently, milestone payments are scheduled as specific garden elements are completed.
3. Client Responsibilities
Access to the site at 575 Chiyoda or relevant Tokyo locations must be maintained. We'll need access to water and electricity for certain hardscaping tools. Have you checked your local building permits? While we assist, final compliance often rests with the property owner.
4. Warranty & Plant Health
We guarantee the integrity of our hardscape structures for 5 years. For living elements, our irrigation systems provide the foundation, but ongoing care is a shared journey. We can't be held responsible for extreme weather events in the Tokyo basin, though we design for resilience.
